SMS Terms & Conditions
AO Connect account texts, operated by Digital Media Solutions, LLC ("we"). Last updated October 3, 2026.
1. Program description
When you sign up for AO Connect at https://start.aoconnectnow.com, enter your US mobile number on the sign-up sheet and check the consent box — or add your number in the application and confirm the code we text you — you agree to receive text messages from AO Connect at that number. Messages may include:
- One-time verification codes when you sign up, sign in on a new device or reset your password;
- Callback alerts: when one of your own leads calls back and you are away from your desk we ring your cell and text you the lead card;
- Account and activity notices: a daily activity summary, phone-setter invitations, onboarding reminders;
- Program announcements for AO Connect users (for example Chairman's Month).
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
2. Message frequency
Message frequency varies: a verification code only when you request one, a callback alert each time one of your leads calls back, and typically a few account or program texts per week.
3. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply to every message you send or receive.
4. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one final confirmation text and no further messages. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOPALL. To opt back in, reply START. Note that without a confirmed mobile number AO Connect cannot ring your cell for callbacks or text you sign-in codes.

6. Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and most other US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy
Your phone number and your text-messaging consent are used only to deliver the messages described above. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at https://start.aoconnectnow.com/sms-terms.
